FAQ

The Practice Enterprise is an educational solution for all people who want to live a real business learning experience in a simulated marketplace. If you are a vocational, high school student or even an undergraduate student, you can experience the Practice Enterprise as a curricular component, structuring project or even as a complement to your training.

If you want to open a business, are a self-employed professional, have a small business or are even looking for a replacement in the marketplace, Practice Enterprise is ideal for experiencing and experiencing business simulations.

The methodology consists of a practical lab in which the participants experience the everyday life of a business.

The Practice Enterprise application could be performed as:
• Curricular Component/elective subject or optional subject;
• Structuring Project;
• Extracurricular Project and activity;
• Training.

The trainee goes through an Entrepreneurship Journey, a methodology developed by Sebrae that consists of a four-step development flow: discovery (expectations), ideation (problem-solving), modeling (instrumentalization/prototyping), and implementation (application of concrete knowledge).

• General overview of a company's financials, accounting, marketing, purchasing, sales, and people management activities;
• Teamwork, conflict resolution, and exercising leadership;
• Exercising management using the functions of planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling;
• When interacting with the international marketplace, gaining a deep understanding of foreign cultures and ideas to contribute to better performance in their functions.
• Analyzing business situations that affect the success and decision-making of companies.

We encourage the trainees to practice the knowledge they acquire, deal with individual problems or work in a team, and develop and present strategies to solve problems, communicate effectively, and cooperate. Our goal is to train more effective and competent entrepreneurs, managers, and decision-makers. This is a real business learning experience in a simulated marketplace.

In the curricular component model, to which the Practice Enterprise application is directed for students, the workload is at least 40 hours and at most 80 hours. For participants in general, we will soon have models with 8, 12, and 16 hours.
